As an ObserveIT Professional Services Architect, you will be a key member of the delivery team, working directly with the Customer Success Director, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and roll-out of the ObserveIT software platform for customers located in North, Central, and South America.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 5+ years performing professional services deployments within SaaS or on-premise IT software platform
  • Demonstrated experience with enterprise training and best practices knowledge transfer
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft-based operating systems (Windows XP to present, Windows Server 2003 to present) – installation, troubleshooting, configuration, administration, installing and maintaining software and applications
  • Proficient knowledge of all current versions of Microsoft IIS – installation, configuration, administration, troubleshooting

Reporting directly to the CEO, the Director of Sales and Marketing Operations will be responsible for all go-to-market and business operations. This position will drive sales and marketing operations activities enabling and supporting the worldwide sales and marketing teams. This role will play a pivotal role in the growth of the organization through sales planning, forecasting, CRM and system administration, deal review, compensation/commissions planning, sales process and efficiency planning, process automation and scalability.

Major Focus Areas Include:

  • Lead the operations and analytics efforts of the business using data-driven methodologies to measure sales & marketing performance to identify business growth levers
  • Manage marketing automation and CRM tools and drive cohesive CRM strategy
  • Proactively diagnose analytics requirements; design and deliver reporting to meet them
  • Compensation Planning and Administration; collaborate with executive sales management on design and management of quotas and compensation models that help drive sales decisions and determine the most appropriate sales team structures

This role is about driving growth. As the Demand Generation Marketing Manager reporting to the VP of Marketing, you will partner with sales to increase awareness and demand for ObserveIT products and solutions. You'll conceive and execute innovative marketing programs that build pipeline for our partners and direct sales teams as well as retain current customers. In your role as a Marketing Manager you will be the expert in buyers, how they buy and their buying criteria and will transfer that knowledge to the sales channel.

Director, Customer Success

Major Focus Areas Include:

  • Execution of global renewals quoting, distribution, and processing with CSR team. Due diligence review of maintenance quotes for pricing and expiration date accuracy.
  • Ability to consistently close maintenance opportunities on or before renewal expiration and drive global maintenance renewal rate of 85%+
  • Manage and grow professional services team with oversight of two professional services architects and multiple customer deployments.
  • Conduct customer health check calls, including knowledge transfer and training sessions with support from sales engineering team when necessary.
  • Explore upsell opportunity expansion with install base and partnership with North American Account Executive team.
  • Communication liaison between the VP of International Sales and Marketing, International Sales Directors and International Customer Success Representative

Role

The successful candidate will play a critically enabling role in expanding the company’s industry leading functionality, while helping to grow top line revenue and as well margins. Reporting directly to the CEO, this key executive must quickly make significant contributions in driving product direction and expansion to facilitate the company’s ability to anticipate and capitalize on global market opportunities.

Core Responsibilities

  • Develop a comprehensive product roadmap and work very effectively with the Engineering team based in Tel Aviv to drive on-time product delivery
  • Collaborate externally with customers, resellers and technology partners on a regular basis
  • Collaborate internally with the global Sales, Customer Success, Technical Support and Professional Services functions to fully understand customer requirements, competitive threats, and evolving opportunities
