Professional Services Architect

Join a team of Security and IT professionals who are responsible for identifying, investigating, and eliminating security incidents from outside and within. As an ObserveIT Professional Services Architect, you will be a key member of the delivery team, working directly with the Customer Success Director, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and roll-out of the ObserveIT software platform for customers located in North, Central, and South America.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 5+ years performing professional services deployments within SaaS or on-premise IT software platform
  • Demonstrated experience with enterprise training and best practices knowledge transfer
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft-based operating systems (Windows XP to present, Windows Server 2003 to present) – installation, troubleshooting, configuration, administration, installing and maintaining software and applications
  • Proficient knowledge of all current versions of Microsoft IIS – installation, configuration, administration, troubleshooting
  • Proficient knowledge of all current versions SQL Server (2008, 2012, 2014) – including but not limited to SQL Admin tasks, running queries, understanding database structures
  • Proficient knowledge of Active Directory and identity management
  • Proficient knowledge of networking - TCP\IP, subnetting, firewall administration, routing, and virtual private networks (VPNs)
  • Proficient networking troubleshooting skills - including but not limited to troubleshooting tools and procedures, protocol analyzers and log inspection
  • Proficient knowledge in Internet protocols (HTTP, SMTP, etc.)
  • Excellent verbal and writing skills in writing official customer facing documentation/solutions
  • Working knowledge of remote software installations and automation (such as Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager and others)
  • Working knowledge in public key infrastructures (PKIs), including use of certification authorities (Cas) and digital signatures
  • Working knowledge with Linux/Unix operating system administration - including but not limited to remote shells, running commands, scripting (Bash/Shell), troubleshooting
  • Proficient knowledge in virtualization technologies, software and management tools – including but not limited to VMware, Hyper-V, XEN and others
  • Working knowledge in storage systems - advantage
  • Working knowledge in load balancing mechanisms (software, hardware) – advantage
  • Knowledge in writing scripts (CMD, PowerShell, VBS) – advantage
  • Knowledge or demonstrated experience in designing robust security architectures, preferably with a focus on insider threat or investigation and response systems – advantage

Director of Sales and Marketing Operations

Reporting directly to the CEO, the Director of Sales and Marketing Operations will be responsible for all go-to-market and business operations. This position will drive sales and marketing operations activities enabling and supporting the worldwide sales and marketing teams. This role will play a pivotal role in the growth of the organization through sales planning, forecasting, CRM and system administration, deal review, compensation/commissions planning, sales process and efficiency planning, process automation and scalability.

Major Focus Areas Include:

  • Lead the operations and analytics efforts of the business using data-driven methodologies to measure sales & marketing performance to identify business growth levers
  • Manage marketing automation and CRM tools and drive cohesive CRM strategy
  • Proactively diagnose analytics requirements; design and deliver reporting to meet them
  • Compensation Planning and Administration; collaborate with executive sales management on design and management of quotas and compensation models that help drive sales decisions and determine the most appropriate sales team structures
  • Conduct analysis of sales productivity, establish metrics and objectives for sales and make recommendations for increasing sales productivity in other relevant functions
  • Partner with executive management to provide focus and measure performance on business KPIs as well as deliver other high-level trend analysis
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to develop frameworks and methodologies for identifying key business opportunities
  • Develop ROI, trend analysis and other models for new initiatives, opportunities, and product offerings
  • Design and schedule management reporting that communicate key performance metrics to executive team
  • Educate the sales leadership team and the executive team on how to interpret data within reports and arrive quickly at key takeaways and actionable items
  • Lead all deal desk activities for the global sales team across direct and indirect lines to to ensure quotes/orders meet operational and compliance requirements
