Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Primary: (70%)

  • Support company customers
  • Support level 1 to 3
  • Support is typically handled via emails or Support Portal, Phone and Remote assistance

Required Skills and Experience:

ObserveIT is seeking a business-minded Chief Financial Officer to lead the company through its next phase of growth. As a business partner to the CEO, the CFO will play a critical role in developing and implementing strategy for ObserveIT. He/she will be a key member of the executive leadership team, overseeing financial planning and economic modeling, while helping ObserveIT to achieve ~40% new bookings growth. The Chief Financial Officer will be responsible for a team of four people, split between Tel Aviv and Boston, and will manage all fiscal and fiduciary responsibilities for the organization. Areas of responsibility include Finance, Accounting, Payroll. The CFO will be actively involved in developing distribution and technology partnerships as well as identifying and evaluating all M&A opportunities. The Chief Financial Officer is also responsible for providing leadership to the finance department, assessing talent and developing the team.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely and collaboratively with the CEO, executive team, and board of directors to lead the annual planning process and to help develop the company’s long-term strategic and financial plans
  • Ensure the financial strength of the company by devising, implementing and driving operational metrics and monitor cash closely on monthly basis
  • Improve the quality, timeliness, and reliability of financial analysis and key performance metrics available to executive management and the Board, including forecasting, budgeting, and resource allocation in all functional areas
  • Negotiate and implement mutually-beneficial distribution and technology partner relationships
  • Govern investments to drive sustainable growth and shareholder value
  • Manage the company’s banking and lender relationships—build a foundation of trust through proactive communication and transparency. Monitor the balance sheet, capital structure, and financial covenants in the context of a leveraged environment. Navigate capital markets strategy to maximize enterprise value creation
  • Maintain strong internal and external relationships with partners including business leaders, investors, and key customers
  • Support the growth of the business through comprehensive due diligence and skilled financial analysis of potential acquisitions and other strategic investment opportunities
  • Ensure strong legal and financial standing for company through compliance programs, clean audits, and proper reporting and controls

As a Product Marketing Manager reporting to the VP of Marketing, you will craft the product positioning, serve as an expert on buyers, how they buy & their buying criteria, and support the development and execution of innovative marketing programs that drive demand. Manager - Accounting & Finance

Reporting to the VP of Finance, the Accounting Manager will play a highly-visible role in our fast-paced and growing company. This position will be instrumental in building and scaling the accounting and finance functions, while enhancing existing processes and procedures to improve and streamline operational efficiency and strategy. The Accounting Manager will help to hire and build out the team as we grow, and work cross functionally with the Company’s operational leads, our Israeli accounting team and assist senior management.

Key responsibilities:

  • Assist with the global operations of the Finance team
  • Manage the month-end close process, financial statement preparation as well as internal and external reporting, including general ledger entries, AP, AR, and Fixed Asset processing and reporting
  • Assist with annual Budget creation and Forecasting models throughout the year
  • Generate monthly financial, budget vs actual and profitability analyses, as well as quarterly Board Presentations and metrics
  • Create and manage monthly departmental close calendar, ensuring compliance of deliverables
  • Coordinate with the international team for monthly consolidations and reporting
  • Prepare and review account reconciliations. Research and reconcile all discrepancies
  • Manage receivables, payables, related processes and third-party software solutions
  • Responsible for Payroll and Commissions processing and calculations
  • Oversee cash management, forecasting and banking compliance
  • Assist with companywide Option plan and Equity processes
  • Manage Sales & Use Tax, Nexus and related filings
  • Coordinate with outside accounting firm(s) for quarterly filings and transfer pricing entries
  • Responsible for developing, maintaining and reviewing internal control process memos and departmental procedures
  • Manage the Annual Audit and coordination with external auditors
  • Assist with companywide software implementations
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams for execution of company goals and processes
  • Ensure internal controls are maintained and make recommendations for improving process and procedures as needed
  • Work directly with VP on operational efficiency and strategy on a regular basis
  • Oversees accounting policies and procedures to ensure that all business and customer transactions are executed and documented in accordance with GAAP and company policies
  • Research technical accounting issues as needed

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum 7 years accounting/auditing experience

Description:

  • Part of the R&D group, report to Automation QA Team-Leader
